LTi's flexographic printing production capabilities are greatly enhanced by an extensive inventory of cylinders and dies as well as narrow web press accessories. With thousands of cylinders and dies in-house and our continual investment in technology, LTi can deliver a quality product to your desired specifications.

LTi's flexographic printing production division contains a wide array of equipment including various widths of Mark Andy, Arpeco and Nilpeter presses. Our servo driven Nilpeter Rotopress has the capability of switching between various types and thicknesses of substrates quickly and easily.

Complementing our inventory of printing presses with multiple color capabilities and several models of rewind equipment is a dedicated service team who focuses on meeting your needs with on-time professionalism.

Maximum colors in one pass = 8 plus lamination or 7 plus UV/varnish
Water-based and UV flexographic inks for flexo labels
Thousands of in-house dies available as well as made-to-order
